Mission completed: bBa Film in Malaysia (Walking Zone Film – Green)
Hi, I’m Kanaya of the Planning Department.
I just went to Malaysia at the request from some major oil factory !
The factory produces cutting oil, and its floor gets damaged easily even if it’s repainted regularly.
The epoxy paint on the floor surface has peeled all over as shown in the photo above.
So, we proposed ‘ bBa Walking Zone Film – Green’ this time.
We asked them to purchase about 5㎡-worth film for a trial, and helped them paste it on the designated area.
We cleaned the floor surface thoroughly, by getting the grease off.
We took off the peeling epoxy paint, and rounded the rough surface by scraping to get the base ready.
Then, we pasted ‘bBa Walking Zone Film – Green’, which we recommended this time, over the surface of the designated area.
As this is just a film, not paint, it’s very easy to install. As compared with epoxy paint, it takes much less time for installation. Besides, it does not smell at all. Also it can be installed without having the factory works stopped!!
Moreover, this walking zone film has the same properties as regular bBa film; stain-resistant, non-slippery, and chemical resistant.
Now that it’s installed, let’s see how it goes.
We hope the working environment of the factory will be improved drastically.
Thus, my first business trip to Malysia was finished without any accident.
But! I was shocked to find how cold it is to be back in Toyama !
The difference in temperature between Malaysia and Toyama is as much as 30°!!
Staying in good shape is one of my job accountabilities as well…
